A New Kind of Support for a Sector Under Pressure
The Outstanding Homecare Providers Network (OHPN) was born from a simple but urgent insight:
Providers are expected to improve, but rarely given the structure or tools to succeed.
After years working inside the care sector, we saw the same patterns again and again:
- Services rated Inadequate, stuck without a credible recovery roadmap
- Requires Improvement outcomes repeating, with little clarity on why
- Leaders left confused by vague inspection feedback and inconsistent guidance
- A gap between good intentions (“we want to improve”) and confident action (“we know how”)
OHPN Was Created to Close That Gap
We didn’t want to create another consultancy.
We built OHPN as a practical improvement system, with real tools, clear frameworks, and a strong foundation in the CQC Single Assessment Framework and NHS-quality models.
